The responsibility of the organizer of this plan or tourist package is limited to the terms and conditions of the program in relation to the provision and quality of the services.
Likewise, all liability and extra expenses due to delays, strikes, riots, earthquakes or other circumstances of force majeure; as well as for any loss, accident or irregularity that could occur to passengers and their belongings, when these are caused by third parties and therefore beyond the control of the operator and its affiliates. Similarly, Viajes Mar Business and Tourism SAS. is exonerated from any damage due to modification or delay in the air routes that are included in the different programs.
Viajes Mar Business and Tourism SAS., does not assume any responsibility towards the user or traveler for the air transport service, except in the case of chartered flights and in accordance with what is specified in the transport contract. The provision of such service is governed by the legal regulations applicable to the air transport service. Events such as unforeseen delays or modifications in flight schedules arranged by the airlines, the user's rights and the procedures to make effective the refunds of money to which these events give rise, will be governed by the pertinent legal provisions and in particular for those contained in theColombian Aeronautical Regulation(RAC).
Viajes Mar Business and Tourism SAS. reserves the right to make changes in itineraries, travel dates, hotel establishments, transporters and other services necessary to guarantee the success of its services.
The refund policies for services not provided due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, action or omission of third parties or the passenger, not attributable to the travel agency, before or during the trip, which may be refundable, They will be defined by each operator and they will be confirmed to the user once the travel documents are reserved and issued, as well as the percentages of penalties or deductions that may apply. Viajes Mar Business and Tourism SAS. It is not jointly and severally responsible for the amounts requested in reimbursement. Any refunds that may apply will be made within 30 calendar days following the request. However, in the event that the process takes longer for reasons beyond our control a Viajes Mar Business and Tourism SAS. , it will not recognize any interest on the amounts to be reimbursed. The reimbursement percentage will depend on the provider's conditions and the agency's administration expenses.
Viajes Mar Business and Tourism SAS. is not responsible for legal matters or other inconveniences in which a passenger or tourist may be involved in the event that he is forced to withdraw from the excursion or tourist plan due to moral, disciplinary or legal offenses and, likewise, against the personal expenses that he incurs.
In the same way, the travel agency is not responsible for the passenger's luggage and its contents, nor for any object that he carries with him, since they are the sole responsibility of the tourist.
The user of tourist services must submit the documentation required by the authority (citizenship card for adults and birth certificate or identity card for minors). The omission of this requirement exonerates a Viajes Mar Business and Tourism SAS. of any economic claim presented by the person involved in the incidents that such conduct may generate from the point of view of carrying out the tourist plan.
For some national and international trips, both the adult passenger and the minor must carry a vaccination card. Before traveling, check the vaccination requirements with the reservation advisor.

The client and/or the agency declares that they fully understand and accept these conditions, which constitute the sole, total and excluding agreement of any agreement or legal provision to the contrary, regarding the terms, conditions and restrictions of the contracted services.
